03 climate controlled seats
Has anyone had a problem with their Climate Controlled Seats in an 03 or later expy? My passenger seat has stopped working. Fuses are OK and I changed the switch on the console ($56) out but it still won't come on. The shop manuel says Check wiring connections and or replace CCSM (climate controlled seat module). anyone had to do that and how much are they?

I have the same problem and I am still digging in this forum for solutions, for now and so far I think these seat were never intended to be working and they were added to EB just to make it different from XLT

I have an 03 EB with the heated and cooled seats. Had a problem with the seats not heating as warm as they use to get and found out that there is an air filter on the underside of the seat that was clogged. Once I replaced the air filter the seats heated and cooled just like they did the day we took delivery of the vehicle. I think I still have the box at home, I will look for it and post the Motorcraft part# for you tomorrow if I find the box.

My 03 EB Drivers seat will run heated on the lowest setting, any higher and it shuts off until the truck is turned off and re-started. The cooling settings work fine. The passenger seat is fine. Any sugestions other than leaving heat setting on lowest setting?
