For those of you that ordered an 08 - how long until you got your build date ? I ordered my f450 on Jan 20th and just cant wait. was told 8-12 weeks but possibly 6-8 weeks
I ordered in November. Ford said it would be built the week of Jan. 29 and arrive at the dealership the week of Feb. 12. It arrived on Feb. 10 so they were right on the delivery date.
I ordered Dec 18th. Received my build date of Feb 5th around Jan 5th.
Unit was invoiced on 1/26/07, with the build date still being Feb 5th with the ETA to the dealer of Feb 19th.
Just spoke to my dealer rep this morning and my truck has made it to the local rail yard in DFW. Should be at the dealer in 2-3 days. Looks like build and ETA dates are on track with the factory information.
Hopefully I will have the truck in my hands by the weekend.
Can't wait to see the guys staring at a chic pulling a 32ft 5th wheel behind her new KR, F350, DRW.
dsduran.......Absolutely! that's what these are built for.
My F450 is scheduled to be built this week one day, with estimated delivery in another 2 weeks.
Already ordered new 5th wheel hitch rails for in the bed and have pricing on Line-X. The line-X will go in before the hitch rails!
FYI, PPL Motor Homes out of Texas is having a sale on Hitch rails right now at $94 for Reese. Those are normally $139....incase anyone needs
My unit dropped at the dealer yesterday afternoon. They immediately took it to have the liner put in. Should be pack to the dealer this afternoon for clean up and predelivery to be completed.
