Start problem with V10
I have a 2000 Excursion with V10. After it sets a long time it will start and immediately die. It will continue to do this untill you hold the throttle open a bit to keep the rpms up. Once it warms up it is fine. It doesn't matter how cold it is as it does it on warm days too. Got any ideas?

Thanks. I was wondering if it might be something like that. But I've never had a vehicle that had IAC problem. Looks like your write up will come in handy.
