Thanks for providing the phot but I'm afraid that is just some insulation and not a filter. I do have the filter they claim fits the truck. I will try to get a photo of it and post it.
I've read that the filter is accessed through the cowl and I've read that it is accessed from inside the cab. One fellow actually had a picture of where the thing is supposed to go (accessed through the cowl) but the link to his photos is no longer valid.
