hi output alternator
Would anyone happen to have handy the part number for an aftermarket Alternator that puts out more amps than say the stocker?

lmc truck has a few what year rig?
im guessing the one in your sig?
47-0138 100 amp and it costs 159.95
47-0140 same as above except chrome and it costs 229.95
47-0142 is a 140 amp alt. and it costs 219.95
47-0144 same as above except chrome and its 319.95
47-0156 is a 200 amp alt. and it costs 399.95 (not avail in chrome)
thats the part numbers for lmc truck, they say they are direct replacements

Alternators in all colors, chrome, standard, great company, good price, nice stuff, they have the wiring upgrade needed as well.

The PA Performace 95amp model is a direct replacement. The 130 amp model requires cutting and grinding to make it fit. I have the 95 amp model and it works great for me. Plenty of power for the stereo, runs the KC 150W driving lights with no troubles even with the HVAC fan on and stereo on.
