If it's free get it. If it costs money forget it. It works well in race cars, but for street use it's just a way to increase the vendors profit margin. That being said ,it is better, but not worth paying for!.

I've seen these set ups on several of the auto tv show's. Like to have a nice set up for my shop.

I've heard that the nitrogen is supposed to run cooler too. In the end though they concluded there is not enough gain to justify it. But like they said, if it's free....
