car reliability websites?
as mentioned in my car loan post,I will be helping a friend buy a used car here in the near future. i have not bought a different vehicle in YEARS,and some of the models I am not even familar with,let alone know if it is a dependable car or not. what are some websites I can go to to get unbiased reviews of a car's reliability? thanks

well,I thought bout that matt,but I didn't want to come here every couple days asking about this car or that car when I could just go to a web site and look the car up for myself. How about your focus? what year is it,any major problems,would you recommend it for a daily driver/kid hauler. I did look at those today,and found one that is in her price range.

No problems with my Focus. Well, I just had a right rear wheel bearing need replacement. It wasn't a big deal. Did it myself with basic tools for $65 and about 1.5 hours of my time. It is a 2002 model with the 2.0L Zetec and auto tranny. I have about 65,000 KILOMETRES on it (just over 40,000 miles). I get 24 MPG in the city and 32 on the highway. The only complaint I have is some road noise. But what do you expect? It IS an econobox.
