theft detection system disabled engine?

theft detection system disabled engine?
6.0 l engine died yesterday after running about 15 miles, pulled code with Predator and saw code generated that said that the theft detection was activated and the engine was disabled, any clue what this is and how do I reset something so I don't have to tow it in for repair? I tried both of the factory keys that have always previously worked, so its not that I'm using a old style plain key without the security chip. thanks
