This may sound really dumb, but where is the fuel filter on my 85 bronco with the 351HO. I know there is a filter going right into the carburetor, but isnt there another one? thanks

If it's carb'ed, the only other factory filter is on the end of the pickup tube in the tank. Mine once fell off, and if the truck was ever parked for over a year, you might have rust blocking it. I've also had to pull debris out of the tank that had been stuffed in the nozzle at the gas station.
If it's EFI, there's one in the tank and you may also have one in the multi-function reservoir mounted inside the L frame rail beside the t-case. Wix is the only brand I've seen that still offers that filter and the O-ring for the reservoir.
Basically, just start at the tank & follow the fuel lines along the frame to see if there are other filters installed.
