got code that say lean bank

How would you go about fixing the lean bank issue it is on a 99 ranger with a 4.0 it comes on every winter when it starts to get cold

It's a vacuum leak. Check all the vacuum hoses, connectors, etc. Also check to make sure the PCV valve isn't stuck open.

If all this checks out, replace the intake manifold gaskets.
