Leather Seat Conversion Problem

I am installing new take-off leathers on my SCREW. I have put the headrests on so far. The fit isnt impressing me- there are some wrinkles in the leather- I guess from them being packed in a box since taken off. I have them as tight as possible. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you make them look better?

Ya, I also had this happen. A good hot summer will take care of it. There is nothing your going to be able to do besides maybe rub some good conditioner into it to soften it up.

Try a heat gun or hair dryer... Be carfull you dont melt them but you can put quite a bit of heat to them before that stage. Go by feel and dont rub them to hard or they'll strech. You can also just let them naturally conform in due time with warm weather.
