new truck

I just bought a 89 f-250 extended cab pickup 460, 5speed. How does this pickup do pulling (i.e. power and,milage) it will pull my bronco on a 2 axle trailer anyone have any experince w/simaler combo. Not sure on gearing yet but will run 285/75r16. Oh yeah it has power everything ac cruise and tilt and 98,000 mi w/all maint records paid 1800.00 dont think I did bad

you done good
even with lower ratio 3.55 or less 3.25
you will have more than enough power
gas mileage on the other hand will always suck

12 mpg empty or towing the titanic.good buy.one of the best big blocks in my opinion.
alot better then the 6.8L v10.i wish ford still made it

With the 460 im sure you wont even notice the trailer back there its a power house..
