97 Ford Explorer Power Door Lock LH Drv Side
Hi
I'm new to this posting forum, but found that neat fix for the heater plenum problem. Sure enough, it was a fractured plenum guide shaft sleeve. The fix wasn't that easy, took a really long time to align it. Four hours later and a roll pin did it.
Anyway, on to better things.
I have schematics for my 97 Explorer, but can't seem to isolate the LH drivers' side power door lock switch problem. Replaced the assembly, but the LH drivers' side power door lock will only unlock all the doors, but not lock them.
The other modules work fine. Can't isolate the appropriate relay cluster, since neither the service manual or nor the owners' manual displays the location of the various relay cluster panels. Any thoughts? I'm a pretty decent electrician, but can't isolate the panels by their appropriate location/designation. Thanks Doc H
