doing my efan install on 97 f150 xlt which wire is the positive for the ac clutch there is a light blue and grey one.

I would guess the grey wire. In my 2002 wiring diagrams, the wire from the clutch relay is grey/white. The color may have changed over the years. Good luck.

i got it, i'm an idiot. looking at the wrong wires.... although i do have another question. i have a 2 speed single fan that i took out of a mark vii. if i hook the high speed up to the a/c and the low speed for the temp will one overide the other or will i short the fan out?
