10W-30 Oil

Who has the best price for 10w-30 oil and what brand are you buying?

I'm making the switch to 10W-30 for winter and I run Rotella 15W-40 in the warmer months.

I've found 10W-30 diesel oil to be very hard to find. In MI, the only place I could get it was to order from the dealer by the quart. Here in Iowa, the dealer will not even order it for me. They only sell 15W-40. I would rather run 10W-30 in the winter myslef, but apparently, I am in the minority around here. The Motorcraft 10W-30 I was running last year was about $2 a quart, but oil has gone up quite a bit.

I couldn't find it here in Atlanta last week either. I ended up putting 15W40 back in it. But, I can see where you would need it much more than I do. Your temperatures get much lower than ours.

I was only able to find Rotella 10W30 for this winter at O'Reilly's Auto Parts, about $2/qt. Nobody else had any at all, only 15W40 or synthetic.
