Hi to all the forum members.
This is my first post
I have 1992 E250 Econoline and I have a hard time starting the engine, it coughs, rough idling, black smoke and after it start ruining I let it run for a time to get it warm and it runs great after.

Great first post! However (you knew that was coming, lol), you will need to post your question in the tech forums since this one is only used for introductions.
