92 E250 Econoline rough cold start
Hi to all the forum members.
This is my first post
I have 1992 E250 Econoline and I have a hard time starting the engine, it coughs, rough idling, black smoke and after it start ruining I let it run for a time to get it warm and it runs great after.

Great first post! However (you knew that was coming, lol), you will need to post your question in the tech forums since this one is only used for introductions. Click on the Forums tab at the upper left and browse over the choices. I suggest starting in this one: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum128/
There are also forums for your engine so I would be sure and check them out also.
