F250 LD owners!

I've been doing some research on rims and found some info for us. This company called american eagle will make custom rims for us. They will be aluminum rims 16" 9 1/2" wide.. this is great for us to put bigger tires on our trucks. Just figured i'd relay the info.

Also I'm wondering what mods do you guys have on your trucks?? Just looking to do a few to mine.

I think I am going to stay with my stock set-up. Between the clay roads I drive on and driving around hedge and honey locust trees, the smaller size is what I need. Check out my gallery to see what mods I've done.

I'm thinking about going for the Gibson exhaust for my next mod.

Haven't done too many mods as of yet - chrome brushgueard, running boards, bed rails, smoked bugguard and window vents (all 4). Thinking about doing volant cai and 50 series flowmaster with dual exits at start of box. anyone have any other ideas?

how's the intake xcquad? debating them or volant. as far as exhaust, i want something VERY sleeper... quiet under normal driving with a little growl and morso when you open it up - i've heard 50 series is a fine choice.

I'm debating if the intake is good or not, WFO its great, but other than that I notice nothing. I might be getting a TBI spacer and seeing if that works. I added the vent guards on the 4 windows, and a deck. I hit a deer with it a while ago which messed up the grille, bumper, and left fender. I'm gona fix it myself. I got the parts already just waiting on spring. I got a paintable bumper instead of chrome. I hate chrome, plus I think it will look better. I also am workin on putting 285/75-16's on it for now.

As for problems, well what can I expect at 150k.. header bolts broke, rear window leakin, rear end hoppin on corners, shocks wore out, oil res lines leaking as with power steering. It has those cracks on the doors even with the bottom of the window, PW mirrors and cruise dont work because of the fuse panel.. the fuses fall right out. The leather seats are torn. I love this truck and cant wait to do some stuff to it.

I'm planning on just replacing the whole exhaust this summer definately a flowmaster. It has a pass exit next to the 3rd door and it blows right into my truck, when I'm loading up my 5 month old son. I'd like to get some seat covers but cant imagine spending $200 for some good ones. I'm looking for a wiper cowl, brushguard, etc for it so it will look awsome eventually.

I would fix your more pressing items first before going for a intake or TBI spacer.

Shocks, replace the shocks! Also, don't wait on the header bolts, that can cost you a head.
