Reduced Voltage at All Lights

The dash lights, dome light and other lights on my 77 are not as bright as they once were.
In checking things out, I found that voltage at every light on the truck is about 1.2 volts lower than battery base voltage which is 12.39v.
Would this be a regulator issue? It looks to be the original. What is a recommended troubleshooting procedure?

hmm.... thats an interesting one. I would start by finding the relays that the headlight circuit run through and test the voltage there.

Unless the wiring has been modified, 1977 did not have any relays for the headlights. Get the truck running, and take a voltmeter and check the battery voltage. It should be around 14.5 volts.
