Well that sounds like a good idea, but im not to frendly with computers. For some reason it doesnt like it when i try to take it apart with a sledget and it just gets worse, dang technology. But something i have been looking in to doing is writing a tech article about it and posting it here on the FTE site somewhere. If and when i do, ill be sure to include a link to it here.

I know what you mean rebel. I like to think that I am pretty good with a computer but sometimes it does get the best of me. Haven't tried the sledget yet maybe next time this thing ticks me off I will try it and see what it does...... I will be looking for your tech article. I have a spare 9" and D44 from my F-150. I have been contemplating on a SAS but don't know if I want to get into that right now or not. I would have to rebuild the axle and $$$ is a little short right now... I am wanting to learn how to rebuild/build axles. One reason is the cost savings of know how. Wish I knew someone that lived closer to work with me on it. BUT!!! sorry about the rambling guys..... :-X12

I have done the 9" swap before, into my '91 and a '89 bronco, I tied up the RABS wire and pulled the bulb from the instrament cluster. I did find that someone makes a reluctor ring and sensor mount that goes on the pinion of the 9"between the driveshaft.
Also currently doing the 10.25 rear on my '91. It bolts right in with the stock springs, have to use the 3/4 ton u-bolts and plate because of the larger tube diameter. The sensor plugs right in too. The front is taking a bit of fabrication because I want to keep the coil spring suspension. I have some pics posted on the "What did you do to your bronco today" thread.
If you can get the F350 that might be the way to get almost all of the heavy parts needed for what your wanting to do.
