Serpentine Belt replacement

I've got an '03 F-350 CC w/50k. I'm having some alternator issues and will be replacing it, since I'm swaping that out I've decided to replace the serpentine belt as well. Anyone with hints on this...the fan shroud looks to be one piece and dosen't come out without pulling the radiator. Am I missing something, as this looks like a royal pain for just a belt, or is this easier than it looks? Any hints will be helpfull.

Bowtiehatr has a pretty good way to do it so I'll let him chime in on this one. The shroud has places that it can be cut and put back together, but he has a way to do it without cutting the shroud I believe.

Wake up Sleepy Head and help the man out.........

Just unbolt the shroud from the radiator, remove the upper rad hose from the radiator and position it out of the way, take out the four 10mm bolts that hold the upper rad supports, tilt the radiator forward a bit and up comes the shroud. Be careful of the small spout beside the upper rad hose, they are not that difficult to break.
