When my pickup is under load in OD mainly above 45 is starts bucking not really hard where the truck seems to loss power but you are able to feel it.
I dont know when i had my exhaust done they put the stock H pipe back in where the O2 sensor screws in. Well they mounted it a little to far and the O2 sensor wont reach it and they put it in the actual exhaust pipe running from the right bank. I dont know if that would cause a problem or not.

Check plug wires
My 93 5.0 started doing the same thing after I changed the plugs. The plug wires looked good so I didn't change them. After several weeks of checking things and scratching my head I changed plug wires. I must have broken one on the inside by changing one of the plugs but it would only show up when the engine was under load
