ignition issue?? Weird Problem!

ignition issue?? Weird Problem!
Hey Guys I have a friend who has a 1990 F150 XLT Lariat, heres what happened.
- A girl stuck a tool box key in the ignition (thinking she could start it with it), well she crammed the little key in the all crooked until she was able to make the ignition cylinder turn and the truck started!!!. Well my friend was not able to stop her before she did it but the truck was running. so he parked it and can back in to school.
-Now when he starts his truck (the right key), the engine starts up then dies!, he has to give it gas for awhile before it will stay running.
-Once running the radio lights do not light up and can not be controled. but when you accelerate static noise comes in through the speakers (like engine noise). also now his dome light does not work.
-No fuses are blown!
-Nothing was wrong with the truck till this wrong key was used like it was.
WHAT do yall think would have caused all of this from cramming the wrong key in and starting the truck?? Could it be as simple as the ignition key cylinder is messed up and needs a new one? Very weird. let me know guys, THanks for yalls help in advance.

a ground is what i thought!, but where to start, being there was no problem before the key cylinder was crammed. So i guess so with replacing the cylinder.... let me know what other help yall can provide. Thanks
