I don't know of any for a 4.2L V6 but it's a pretty easy job....way easier than on a V8.
You may want to go to a parts store and pick up a Haynes manual for your truck. They are good at covering the normal maintenance and repair items.
Manuals can be a good investment.
It's an easy do-it-yourself. It's not that hard. Just follow the wires from the coilpack to the plugs. First of all you will need a ratchet, a ratchet extension and a spark plug socket. For the 3 plugs on the passenger side i use 2 extensions to be able to get the plug out without having too much of trouble. Just remember to be careful not to break the plug, always try to hold the ratchet in a straigth position, as for the drivers 3 remaining plugs i use only one extension the are way easier than the other 3.
I strongly recommend using dielectric grease on the ceramic on the plugs and on the cable boots.
I also remove one plug at a time so i dont mix cables and then they all get mixed up, just in case this is the correct wiring order.
