Gas Mileage

I have a 97 f150 xlt v8 4.6l.
my mods consist of
Edge evo
MSD plug wires
MSD blaster coils
Flowmaster 50 series
K&N generation II FIPK CAI
and soon to have electric fan once it comes in

According to my edge my avg mpg is about 14-15 mpg, mostly city especially with the traffic out here in new orleans. now my instantanious mpg is usually between 18-19 mpg. i'm guessing the stopping and going drags the average mpg down between 14-15 mpg.
Question is what other mods could i do to maybe gane a few more mpg out?

Sorry, IMO cars are for women, unless it is a muscle car. My mpg is not a huge concern. I am curious and eager to learn.
Although i am experimenting with a hydrogen generator i have built. i have a test truck which is the same truck as mine just no mods. taps into your air intake which makes the air being sucked through your intake flamable and lowers your fuel to air ratio. keeps your engine cleaner and has no emissions. similar to a natural gas hook up.
