Windstar CEL Help...

Help...
I dont knw if this the right place to post this but i did cause i need some help...I got a 1996 Ford Windstar 3.8l 6cl van and the problem i'm having wit it is that the CEL comes on..when i take it to my brother shop and hook it up to the code reader or wat ever it says miss fire on cylinder...I had this proble b4 and i change the spark plug but now it says it on a different cylinder...so i change the spark plug again and after 2 days it says the same thing...I would like to knw if any body could tell me wats going on if it had happen b4 to ya...Also when ever i steer the steering wheel i seem to loose power...Sometimes it turns off n other times i lost power but it dont turn off...This is getting anoying when i have to park lol...well if any body knows wats happening could you please let me knw so that i could fix this problem thank you....Appreciate....
