Recirc air on all settings

My air only recirculates on max AC. Anyone know how to make it recirculate on other settings? 2000 EX 6.8 V-10.

Disconnect the linkage between the vacuum motor and the lever arm for the recirc door. Then, move the lever to the desired position.

Yours is working the way it was intended to.
