99-up turbo
will a 99 and up internal wastegate turbo bolt upto a 94.5-97 7.3 ? I like the idea of having a wastegateed turbo. I think it will build boost faster and hold it after shifts.
I was originaly going to just buy a .85 turbine housing but dont these turbos have a smaller turbine housing ? I can buy one of these turbos used for $250 which is what just the turbine housing would coast me

The 99+ turbo isnt a direct bolt on, you will have to replace the turbo pedicle and up pipes. The smaller housing will be a better bet and they only run ~$150
Stock housing is 1.15 and you can get 1.0 and the .85 housing
