I got the Warn Manual Hubs! Do I/ Should I take off the wheels to do install the new hubs? OR can I leave them on. Looking at them it would seem I could leave the wheels on, but will the mess anything up, IE not enough room?
You don't have to remove the wheels or even lift them. The hub locks are NOT part of the suspension. You might have to reach around to the steering knuckle when you're installing the new locks, though, to push the u-joint outboard so you can get the center snap ring on.

stripped hex bolt!!! ahh...how do I get it out? The bolt is set into the hub so there is no was to get any kind of tool around it instead of pulling it out.....how can I get it out?
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 29-Dec-02 AT 02:28 PM (EST)]You might try those Craftsman damaged screw drivers, but you'll probably end up drilling the head off anyway. If you can't get a replacement immediately, you can just clean the hole & fill it with silicone until you do. The cap doesn't get ANY load, so you can actually run with only 2-3 screws with NO problems. The last Broncos only had 3 screws originally.
You don't have to start a new thread for every question - this is all related to swapping the hubs, so keep it here.
Thanks for the tip =-) I actually tried to cancel it before it went up and I was to last so I ended up with both threads of messages.
If I end up drilling the head of the bolt off....what are the chances I am actually going to be able to take the remains of the bolt out of the hub? These are the old hubs so I am not all the worried about them.
You won't have any trouble. The screw will be easy to grab once the cap is off, and they don't hold the lock in the hub anyway. It's just 1 or 2 snap-rings that hold it in. It should be like one of the autos shown in this album:
