I have a 1978 ford f150 300 six cyldr. Last night drove home and everything was fine. This AM everything is dead. Checked battery and it is charged. Getting no power in the cab at the fuse block. Where do I look?
But you can't "see" the trouble you need a meter to find electrical problems, so "looking" ain't gonna do it. Sorry. :/ It just ain't. :/
You know someone's messed up when they swap out a few electrical parts and it still don't work. A cheap analog meter could have told them exactly where the problem was to start with -for free-.
Pok, know anybody that's got a meter and knows how to use it? :)
Call 'em and have 'em show you how you use it while he finds your problem. :)
Time to call in a favor or be on the hook for one. ;)
Fuseable link is good Battery tested good. Have voltage in wiring harness as it goes into firewall but no voltage at fuseblock. Is there a term block somewhere inside the cab?
