Many electrical problems... One Solution?

My brother has a 1992 F-150 5.0. Gas/Propane

The problems include...

Headlights will flash on and off at random.
The radio will lose all presets stations and switch to the AM.
The check engine lightcomes on after the truck is running for 30 seconds or more.
The truck hesistates when merging almost like it drops out of gear and then cathes again.

I understand the check engine could be on for various reasons, O2 sensor or whatever.

Could the other problems be linked to one electrical problems affecting the headlights, radio and fuel injectors?

Has anyone had this happen?

What do you think?

I also suggested taking the propane setup off the truck because it is not in use. How simple would this be?

You may have a bad ground somewhere.Start at the battery negative cable. There is a smaller plug also attatched to the neagative cable right at the post which has two black wires which are grounds also which you may want to check, or a fusible link is acting up .There is a bunch of them connected to a bolt at the starter solenoid.
