Bleeding the antilock

I was poking around under the Bronco this weekend and noticed a bleeded fitting on the rear wheel antilock unit. Should I bleed that unit when I bleed the brakes? My brake pedal seems like it will bottom out some times.

To the best of my knowledge, that is only used if you have to change the ABS valve (as I did).

Bleeding the antilock

You're supposed to bleed the RABS valve anytime you open up the rear line, but I very rarely do.
