I just purchased the Ford Premium Gold coolant at my dealer for $10.00/gallon and about 15 gallons of distilled water for the flushing process (4 times) and the refill.
This way I flushed with 100% distilled water and refilled with the proper coolant and distilled water to maintain 100% factory warrenty and protection.
There is a spec for the coolant to use and it was just easier for me to go to the dealer and get it and never worry about my 100,000 miles warrenty.
Check out the coolant filter kit in my gallery and the pics of the "crud" it filtered out after flushing and only 6,000 miles on the first filter!!!!
