Rear Leaf Springs

Hi, I have a 95 psd 2wd crew cab dually. I believe there may have been extra leaves added to my rear springs. All the trucks I see on the road here sit level, my truck sits about 5" higher in the rear. I'm wondering how many leaves should be in my spring pack. Mine has 9 including the overload spring. If this is correct, how may springs and which springs should I remove to level the truck. Thanks in advance for any help.

Jason

Standard configuration: 5 springs in the spring pack, then a spacer and then the single overload/helper spring. As far as the ones to remove, if they added springs to the stock spring pack, you should be able to remove all of the loose springs. The orignal spring pack comes connected as a unit. If you can post a picture of your springs it would help.

The spring packs on my truck were taken apart and 3 springs were added to each side. It was very easy to pick out the ones that didn't match the set.

Thanks,
Jason

I'd take two out of the rear and put them in the front.
