Edge Tuner- OSS=TSS

Edge Tuner- OSS=TSS
I was looking at the manuel for the edge and read that if OSS=TSS that there is no slipping. Well it seems that they are about 400 off from each other when i am cruising at around sixty mile per hour. Sooo what i was wondering was if the manuel is correct, is my tranny slipping at highway speeds? It seems to shift fine at every gear. Thanks in advance for all replies.
