The wife and I spent Tuesday looking at some new 5th wheels. We stopped at about 7 dealers and have narrowed our search down to a couple units. We just need to decide if we can live with the one we have now or update this year.
One thing I have noticed is they sure are alot cheaper down States side. Converted to Cdn $ there is still a $12,000 and up difference in prices. It must cost a whole lot of money to get one across the border, or these Canadian dealers are pretty greedy.

I actually drove 6 1/2 hours southwest to get mine. I saved about 5 thousand compared to more local dealers.

Heading to Southern Va this summer out of Mass for a couple of weeks and Point Sebago ME for two weeks. Best Campground in the northeast if you have kids. Pulling a Kountry Star Bunkhouse fifth wheel

I think the cold weather froze the planning. It tends to take your mind away from it. I am still interested. I have two little ones so the more the better.

We are counting the weeks. We decided to start early this year and are going to Island Resort for Easter Weekend. My son is excited, since our first trip of the seanson is usually in mid May.

Well, I'm in site 72. I don't know how busy they will be. They open for the season on the 5th of April, That's the day we are checking in.and started taking reservation the at the begining of February. Rates are 35 a night for any site until May 10th.

Sounds like it could be a party.

I think we might go up to the Blue Hen mall today to look at some more campers.

Stv1968, where did you buy your camper? Do they have a web site or something I could check out?

Mark
