Yep you've got to drill. Get the pics up tomorrow. I've not been getting off work till after dark, so that wouldn't do much good.

btw, did you guys install them yourselves? a friend is thinking about trying it, but i don't have the nuts to drill into a vehicle. any problems with leaks? (i assume they come with gaskets/silicone something or another...)

Ok thanks.

I installed them myself in about an hour. The drilling is not a big deal. They come with gaskets. I used 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive to fill in the old holes for now. I'll weld them up when I paint the truck. Although, the weatherstrip would work great for a permanent filler for the holes cause I've not had any leaks yet. I've washed the truck once and its rained hard for a few days since I put them on.

WOW! Those are PRETTY! Can you send me the link to exactly what you have on your truck? I want exactly that, those are very pretty, thank u for posting the pics, good work... Truck is nice too, 460? Its sweet too, you have the exact same clear euro headlights and euro clear signals lights like me.. Here man, try these LED bulbs for your turn signal, so you cant see those orange bulbs relection.

Its like $11 including shipping, and it would really give you that clear concept much better. Good work my man, if you want bulbs to match the signal lights, they make those to for the two other pinky bulbs in the front.

Thanks for the comments. If you order from the link I posted, make sure specify clear or smoke. On those closeup pics, I tried to show where the weatherstrip was used to fill in the old holes. Its hard to see, and the only way anyone would every know is if they climbed up on the cab and looked real close.

It a 351, soon to be 393 and maybe twin turbo, lol.

I'll have to try those LED's. I did have the APC blue bulbs in all the lights up front but for some reason they all came out different shades of blue. I figured they would match but they didn't and that pisses me off, lol. Have you seen the stealth bulbs? They are chrome until they come on and then there orange. I'll try to find a link for that.

this really has been bugging me... can some1 tell me how you route them? i assume you'll need to have access above your liner, and run them down a pillar? i'm just not sure i want to mess with drilling and whatnot. ty all...

btw rollin... very nice looking ride. love what you've done to 'er!

I'm assuming you don't have any cab lights at all? If not, you'll have to drill two holes and one fairly larger hole for the. All trucks possilbly have access in the roof and you might get lucky and find the wiring harness up there. If not you could probably find a harness in a wrecking yard or maybe from Ford and just plug it up. You'll still have to drill and cut out 15 holes in the roof.

Thanks for the compliments.

Try a collision shop, theyre always up for a fun project. I got quoted yesterday from my guys who I got to to have lights in stuff installed, they opnly want $100 to install all those clear roof lights, drilling, filling holes, sealing, and touching up the green paint underneath the old cab roof lights from when I got my black paint job last summer.

went to local line-x about 2-3 wks ago and they quoted $350. They do most of my friends work and help me out when i can't get to a project. Talk about high (imho). Lights normally are what, $30-50? Install is $300?!? lol... may shop around or say the heck with it. Anyways, I'm not 100% sure it's a mod I want yet.

thanks for info
