Would I notice a torque increase If I went with true duals on my 92 F-150 302EFI engine. Right now I have catback system, but I wouldn't call it a catback system because I don't have a cat right now it got hacked off ;-) I have been pondering the idea of going to true duals on my truck for power increase and a much better sound than I currently have right now. Is it worth it...?
On a stock motor no, one that is warmed up with cam and headers yes.
Far as cool factor and sound again yes.
I bet on the dyno single vs dual on a stock motor
you hp and torque gain could be counted on one hand.
Dollar per/hp gain would be high unless that cool
look and sound are your priority.
