Talking 2008 F100 Supernationals

Hey FTE members, it is never too early to plan. The 2008 F100 Supernationals in Knoxville, TN is just around the corner.

http://www.f100supernationals.com/index.html

How many of you have ever attended?

Lots of great trucks, parts, food and fun.

Drop the wife off in Gatlinburg (approx 35 miles away) while you go to the show.

It works for me and my boy!

PS: Leave her with an extra credit card!

My son and I are going, however minus our truck which is not going to be done. I could probly get finished for this years show but things always go wrong when I rush something along. Better off taking a little extra time.

Is that a pretty reliable word on the street?

Will you have a truck there?

Just the scuttlebutt.Yeah,I figure, what the heck, might as well make my boy's first truck show sensory overload.Burn it into his brain, you know.
My truck ain't nothing unreal, but I will be entering, just fer the braggin' rights to say WE was there...

Yeah I hate to say it is but that's gospel right there........I was talking with the man himself saturday !! He's got himself a "real" job now,he's still going to be at some shows but NOT hosting any for now.

And you CAN take that to the bank !!!

I doubt that I'll take my 77 to the show, with all the rust in the bed and what not.....it's just not show material just yet. Who knows thou......Pat's trying to talk me into it,just to show it off so we'll see.

Ain't that a crock.Oh,well,I remember a few things from when I was 3-4 years old, like the tractor rides with grand-paand changing the oil with my dad in a 65 box top stang,I can still remember asking what the Q was for and that slime green metallic paint. All I can do is hope.Who knew the berlin wall would lead to this?

Well hopefully the "new" owner of the show will keep the standards up that is normal for Jan and Pat.....time will tell !

Everything should be alright....seeing that the person that bought the rights to the F100's is (I believe) involved a lil bit now,but that's all I have to say about that I let too much out of the bag as it is !!!
