Newest Diesel Power Error?
So i was lookin through the you asked, we answer section inside the March 07 Issue. Someone was saying something about his 02 7.3L with stage 2 injectors kept pulling the code P1211 and if big oil was the solution. The answer included something that says "The high-pressure oil system is deisgned to operate in the 550-720PSI range". I would think that 720PSI would be little low? Am i wrong about this or not? It also said that if the sensor is not bais and he does not have enough pressure he could just buy the ford replacement for 650$ instead of buying the big oil? It just looked wierd and i can't keep thinking about it, what do you guys think?

If I remeber correctly the 1211 code pops up because the HPOP can't keep up with the demand when you really lay on the throttle. It happens quite often when you add a chip/programmer. The HPOP is the solution but it costs some $.
