Door compatibility
I need to replace the door to my 1997 F-250 HD and wanted to know what years will work for this door. Any help is appreciated. I have a 1990 parts truck available but don't know if that will work.

The door off of your 90 should be similar enough to fit, but I would source one from 92-96 in the 1/2 tons and 92-97 in the 3/4 and 3/4 hd's just to make sure. The body style didnt have a major redesign from 92 to 97.

The 90 will have extra holes for mirror arm and not sure if top mirror mount hole will be same .But if you have to weld lower holes shut upper won't be problem for you. You will have to swap your squared off vent windows in. Good luck
