One more very good idea which I used. I bought an inexpensive Polaroid Camera & took pics of things before taking the part off. Not obvious things but the little things that dirve us bugs.These pics saved me numerous times as my memory ain't what it used to be.

Looks like a pretty nice truck to start with. Take your time and enjoy the process. I agree that you should take a lot of photos for future reference.
Noticed you already have a 57-66 9" rearend under her. That will save some hunting later.
