It isn't just trucks they are overstocked on it is most of there line that was overbuilt. This was on autoblog.com a month or so. Should be a good time to buy a Dodge. It will be interesting to see if they drop prices. That's what GM did in 04-05-06-07 on their Trailblazers. Soon this will happen with Ford. Then those that bought before these drops will find themselves owing way more than the thing is worth. The GM deal with the Trailblazers ended me ever buying a NEW car or truck again. Of any kind. I'll stick with driving my old crap.

But how much will they tow? And how much can you put in the bed?
Aren't you gonna tell us how much your trucks tow?
And why did you change your user name?
I had this long post typed out, but figured it wasn't really worth it. I love my Ford, but I will say thatthere isn't anything a Ford truck can do that a Dodge can't.
Tow 10,500 pounds
2 ton payload
most trucks with 250,000 miles
go 10 years with out rattling apart
and i could go on and on

I like both dodges and Fords...but some of the stuff we like say about ford "holding" together and not rattling apart is bs...how many engine replacements have 6.0 owners had to do? IMHO when u replace an engine that means the truck is DONE...lasted 1 year!... my view is just different....if u have a 2ng gen cummins with 500,000miles on it on the first pump and some parts are rattling a bit and a couple hinges arent perfect...that to me is "tougher" than a ford of the same year on its 3rd motor...just my opinion guys

SO then what do you do with the dodges that replace a transmission after one year? because i know a few guys that had them replaced before 5000 miles. i know one guy who's tranny went out at 300 miles. I was personally through with Dodge when i took my uncles 05 Ram Hemi up to chicago and had to have it towed back on a Tow truck with on 5000 miles. that to me is totally unacceptable. i can personally say my 86 chevy is built a helluv alot better than that 93' Ram i had. chevy has no sqeaks rattles or anything and this truck was worked HARD.. the only thing i dont like about it is that ride its too soft. rides like on lincoln towncar
