If you did nothing to the truck (like changing tire size or swaping out gears), then warranty should cover this due to it being a defect.
If you did something to the truck that would effect the spedo/odom, then the dealer can correct it through the computer but it will cost you around $70.
now i wonder how i will prove this to the dealer...
also, i wonder if the dealers here have any idea how to change the parameters to calibrate...
F350 PSDs are not that common around here...

Well.......LIE! Tell them that you got pulled over by a cop and received a verbal warning for going ___ mph over the ___ mph speed limit. Dont tell them that you got a ticket or a written warning because they would want to see it. Tell them that the cruise control was on the exact speed limit when this incident occured. Even though you might of only been going 3 mph over the 70 mph speed limit, you must of caught the cop on one of those bad days but after talking to you he decided to be nice.
Sadly enough, if they dont/cant find something wrong or if in reality your GPS is wrong, they might charge you for the time.

Have them check the PCM flash. That has the parameters for the tire combo. My bet is it had the wrong flash for a different tire combo. Would also push for them to prorate the warranty also, if it winds up being a Ford factory screw-up.
Flip side, is that it is considered normal for a speedo to be 3%-5% under actual speed reported.

I dont know about the USA, but here in Israel we don't get tickets for driving 5% under the speed limit...
i'll check with the dealer, though I still doubt he would know what to do to fix this. probably will go with the claim that 5% is a normal deviation...
