Front End shake
i have a wierd problem, my 94 F-150 4x4 will shake real bad, but only between 62-70mph, up to 62 its fine, and over 70 its fine. this is a 351w with a E40D trans....i was thinking unbalanced tires or alignment, but shouldnet it shake at any speeds and not just those?

I have a 93 2wd that does basicaly the same thing but it seems like over 70 it will and it wont do it all the time. but i put it on the lift and took a pry bar to the front end and found that the left lower ball joint was bad. you can also tell by shaking the wheel when its off the ground. I havnt had time to fix it yet so im not sure if thats the problem but im prettty sure it is.

definatly check the ball joints and tire balance. I had the same problem w/ my 95 150, I also took the front hubs apart to grease wheel bearings and inspect for play. While you are there at the ttb check your inner axle joints to make shure they are tight.

Coulda applied odd force to the front susspension, but i dont see that being the cause.
I have the same issue with mine.
Redid the bearing sso i know its not that.
Just jack it up and grab ahold of the tire and see how much play you have.
Ball joints are the most likely case.
