These vane pumps are trash, in my experience. After 3 failures in 2 years, I figured I'd had enough world-saving for one truck. And the pump wasn't doing any good because my cats nonfunctional anyway. Replacing the cat would nearly be a "total loss" repair on my old truck. There's a limit.

There is an air pump "dummy" pulley and bracket made for 5.0 Mustangs, does this work for our trucks as well? Seems like the best way to keep the stock belt, etc.
