BAC of .20 is actually fairly common. It's just that most people wouldn't be seeing straight, let alone being able to drive. Take ten shots and see how well you get up off the barstool after. These days, bartenders get into trouble in some places for letting customers even get a little tight before driving. I wonder if the guy serving him might want to start looking for some legal counsel.
