Wheres the reset Button? can't start the car could it be a fuse?

Like marragetop said, we need more specifics. Does it not turn over at all? Does it turn over and not start running? As much information as possible will help us to help you diagnose the issue.

IIRC, my reset switch is in the passenger kick panel.

I could be wrong--I have been before.

your owners manual should have where the reset button is in your particular vehicle.
