Trans-O/D light flashing?

Trans-O/D light flashing?
What causes the O/D light to flash on & off? Also keep getting alot of DTC's.
P0756, P0761, P0133, P1130, P0135, and others. This happened all at once. I know all these sensor's did not go out all at once. Could it be a computer problem? Sometimes it is hard to start (keep running), very rough idle. The trans is slipping in 2nd gear, I think. The overdrive won't work. Sometimes it almost dies when I put it in reverse, and sometimes it won't even go into reverse.
