Door seal conditioner

What do you use to clean and protect the door seals and other seals?

From: Too far north of I-10

Unused synthetic motor oil. Don't glop it on, just wet a rag with it and wipe it.

I use silicone from a tube. Just rub it on with your finger after wiping clean.
Spray stuff can be use if careful.
