check out my gallery, i have the ones in those pics for sale. power,heat, chrome covers. mirrors are 5 months old. brand new from ford. or do you want the paddle mirrors? i have both. the paddle mirrors are from an 07 super duty. they are all manuall.

Here's a thread from the Super Duty Tech Folder (in the sticky at the top of this section) that has a great writeup from one of our members. It's a fairly easy job swapping the mirrors, and it's a direct bolt-on swap, with a bit of wiring:

I think I'm looking for the "paddle mirrors" I have the ones similar to the chrome ones you have on your Excursion in your gallary photo's. Can you send me a picture and/or a part number?
